Identity Design

BoxCar Apartments is a brand-new luxury community in downtown Spartanburg, SC, by MyNiche, a Charlotte-based multifamily developer and property management firm. As BoxCar prepared to launch, the property needed a digital presence that could fully capture its character, amenities, and downtown lifestyle.

Challenge

BoxCar's existing one-page site couldn't capture the property's character, amenities, or the appeal of living steps from the city center. They needed a scalable, multi-page experience that could tell the full story and support their upcoming marketing efforts.

Solution

SDH expanded the original layout into a complete multi-page Webflow site that showcased BoxCar, both the brand and property, with clarity and personality. Working from the brand elements provided by MyNiche, a strong visual language was established and applied to all pages throughout the site.

The design highlighted standout amenities, neighborhood perks, and the lifestyle tenants can expect in downtown Spartanburg. The result is a flexible, upbeat website built to grow with the brand as BoxCar welcomes its first residents and becomes a foundational part of the area.

When we set out to create BoxCar, we knew we didn't want another cookie-cutter apartment website. Every community website is starting look exactly the same; everything blends together and feels flat. We wanted something that actually reflected the brand: bold and original. SDH didn't just understand our vision; they took it and ran with it. They helped us break free from overused templates and created a website that feels like BoxCar. Working with SDH was exactly what we needed to make an impact in a crowded market."
