📐 Charlotte based, human-centered design thinking
Good digital products don't happen by accident. SDH brings a structured UX process to every project. We map user journeys, uncover friction, and design experiences that guide visitors toward the outcomes that matter most to your business.

We've spent 16+ years studying how users move through digital environments and what makes them stay or go. Our UX and digital strategy work spans websites, web applications, marketing platforms, and complex multi-audience experiences. What ties it all together is a belief that good design can solve real problems.
We evaluate your existing digital presence through user research, heuristic analysis, and behavioral data to identify what's working and what's getting in the way.
Site structure shapes user understanding. We design navigation systems, content hierarchies, and page frameworks that make complex information easy to move through.
We trace the full path your audience takes — from first touch to conversion — identifying the moments that matter and the gaps that cost you.
Before any pixel is polished, we validate structure and flow with wireframes and interactive prototypes that let you test ideas with real users.
Great UX strategy doesn't exist in isolation. We design digital experiences that integrate cleanly with your CRM, analytics stack, marketing platform, and content systems — so the experience is seamless on the back end too.

UX strategy is the thinking that precedes design. It covers research, user journey mapping, information architecture, and the frameworks that shape how an experience should function. UX design is where those frameworks get translated into interfaces. We handle both, and we believe the strategy phase is where most projects either set themselves up for success or create problems they'll have to fix later.

Before design begins — ideally before development is even on the calendar. Investing in UX strategy early means fewer revisions, better alignment across stakeholders, and a final product that performs because it was designed with intention rather than assumptions.

Absolutely. Many of our UX strategy engagements are designed to hand off to an in-house team. We provide the research, architecture, and wireframes; your team takes it from there. We're comfortable operating as a strategic partner, not just an executional vendor.

Data is always part of the picture. If you have existing analytics — whether Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, or something else — we review it as part of the audit and research process. Behavioral data often confirms what users tell us in research, and sometimes it surprises us. Both are valuable.

That's more common than you'd think. In that case, we rely on stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, best-practice heuristics, and general behavioral patterns for your industry. A UX strategy built without prior data is still far better than one built without any strategy at all.

At Social Design House, we believe every click, scroll, and form submission is a conversation between your brand and your audience. Our digital and UX strategy team helps companies across the Carolinas design those conversations more intentionally — reducing friction, improving conversion, and building experiences that people trust.
From early-stage platforms to enterprise digital ecosystems, we bring a rigorous, user-centered lens to every project. If your digital experience isn't performing the way it should, we know where to look.
