Halo is a brand-new 370-unit apartment community in East Decatur, Georgia, minutes from downtown Decatur and within reach of Emory University and DeKalb Medical Center. The property is currently in lease-up, with a full amenity package that includes a rooftop pool overlooking the Atlanta skyline and studios through three-bedroom residences. We're supporting the Halo team with ongoing brand and marketing work as the community comes to market.

The Kimball at Rocky Point is a 14-story luxury waterfront high-rise rising on a 4.58-acre parcel at 3075 N Rocky Point Dr E in Tampa, Florida. Northwood Ravin acquired the site, formerly the Chase Suite Hotel, in September 2024 for $21.465 million, with Cline Construction on the build. We're designing the full brand identity from the ground up, including the visual system, naming treatments, and launch-ready assets headed to market.
