The Collection needed a website that could do justice to a luxury brand spanning four distinct communities across NoDa. Without a cohesive multi-page site, there was no clear way to communicate the full scope of the development, differentiate each community, or capture the vibrant neighborhood lifestyle that makes these townhomes worth the premium. They needed a scalable digital presence ready to support active leasing across multiple phases.
Solution
SDH built a complete multi-page Webflow site that unified all four Collection communities under one elevated brand experience. A bold visual language was established to reflect the luxury, character, and energy of NoDa, then applied consistently across community pages, floor plans, amenities, and a neighborhood guide.
The site was structured to grow alongside the development, giving each community its own space while reinforcing The Collection as a singular, sought-after brand. From resort-style amenities to walkable neighborhood perks, the design speaks directly to the lifestyle renters are buying into. The result is a polished, flexible platform built to drive leasing momentum from day one and scale as new phases open their doors.
