Support

Palmetto Goodwill’s impact extends far beyond its retail stores, supporting job seekers and individuals with disabilities, strengthening communities, and creating economic opportunity across the region. We reimagined their website to reflect that full mission, bringing clarity, connection, and purpose to every page.

Challenge

Palmetto Goodwill came to us with a website that no longer matched the scale or impact of their work. Their mission goes far beyond thrift stores, yet their digital presence didn’t clearly communicate their employment programs, community services, or economic impact across the region. Navigation was confusing, content was hard to find, and audiences often didn’t know where to start. They needed a site that educated, inspired, and connected people to resources quickly and confidently.

Solution

We reimagined the website from the ground up with a more intuitive structure, refreshed design system, and messaging that captured the full scope of Goodwill’s work. Clear pathways guided job seekers, program enrollees, donors, partners, and shoppers to what they needed, while storytelling elements helped highlight the human impact behind the mission. We introduced flexible content modules, updated visuals, and a modern UI that brought consistency across pages. The new site not only reflects a century of service, it equips Palmetto Goodwill to better serve the next generation of users, supporters, and communities across South Carolina.
