Known for a bold, value-add approach to real estate, Treeline collaborated with SDH to develop a refreshed brand and website that clearly communicates their creative, solution-minded vision for real estate growth and innovation.

Challenge

Treeline was feeling a little... stuck in the past. The brand had lost its spark, the team wasn’t exactly thrilled about how things looked, and the messaging? Let’s just say it hadn’t aged like fine wine. They were ready to shake things up and put growth front and center, but the color palette felt flat and uninspired, and their website was more “where do I click?” than “wow, this is sleek.” It was time for a fresh chapter—one with energy, clarity, and a serious upgrade in style.

Solution

To bring Treeline into its next era, we teamed up closely with their family-owned leadership to rethink the brand from the ground up. The result? An identity that felt organic, inspired, and true to their roots—nothing cookie-cutter here. We leaned into bold simplicity, giving the brand a confident, modern edge without overcomplicating things. The new website brought it all to life with dynamic video, unique shapes, and distinctive brand touches that made it feel fresh and easy to navigate. Plus, with a new CMS in place, updating content went from a headache to a breeze.
