As Project & Operations Lead (and unofficial Team Therapist), she thrives on keeping the team organized, energized, and on-task. Chelsea handles everything behind the scenes—timelines, billing, process—so the creatives can focus on what they do best: making magic for clients.
Off the clock, she’s a proud mom to her energetic toddler, Bella, can be found always carrying her Kindle, and is a diehard Detroit sports fan still holding out hope for that Lions Super Bowl.
